Matines Breakfast Croissant is made with the lightest, fluffiest eggs imaginable. The croissant is a lovely, flaky, flavorful puff but doesnt fall apart so it works well as a sandwich or on its own. The pastry crust and doughs are all a nice balanced flavor and never feel greasy or overworked. Really excellent every time!

The food taste great and looks amazing but portions are scarce. I ordered a crepe with banana and strawberry with the added surprise of vanilla and strawberry dots ( thought it was going to be white chocolate chips).
Crescent was delicious but I was expecting a large Crescent and got a little square.

The French bread basket is sad. A smashed plain croissant and a piece of baguette sliced in half with some butter and a small jar of honey. I thought it was going to be a few smaller pastry sorts of items we could have with coffee. Oh well. Now we know.

I'd add a picture, but I always dig in too quickly! They are super allergen friendly and the food never misses. Even the little details between the calligraphy and sticker to cover the mouth on the cup is so thoughtful. Absolutely delicious!

sandwich was a delish well balnced breakfast! egg was so soft, croissant was perfectly crunchy, and the meat and cheese added a perfect savoriness! coffee is delicious and a perfect way to start my morning
