The ravioli is great. I love the flavor. However, the to go packaging is horrendous. Every single time, there is tomato sauce and olive oil everywhere. Please update your to go packaging. It truly deters me from ordering routinely

The chicken parm tasted delicious! For it almost being $30 for a dinner portion, but I was given a lunch portion, I won't be door dashing from this restaurant again. Never an issue when I am physically at this restaurant though.

Sandwich was good, but honestly the Jimmy johns a few doors down has better quality and more bang for your buck. Fries were great no complaints! Service was short, and not helpful. Overall impression, no one wanted to be there and were annoyed you were inconveniencing them by being there.

I'm not sure if this is a Ricatonis issue or the dasher was reckless but this is how my $45 order was delivered. I have ordered multiple times from Ricatonis and it's been great. This is not. The sauce was on everything but the ravioli.

Honestly, I'm not impressed with the food. Very bland and generic. A big cost for little flavor. Chicken Alfredo tasted off and the chicken was overcooked. Dipping sauce is just Italian seasoning in olive oil and its more olive oil than seasonings.
