I received the sunflower bunch in poor condition. The flowers were already drooping and did not look fresh upon arrival, which is very different from the product description and photos shown in the app. This was purchased as a gift, so I’m very disappointed with the quality received. Please arrange a refund or replacement.

I am extremely disappointed with this florist. The bouquet I received looked completely different from what was advertised online. I purchased it as a farewell gift for a colleague and was embarrassed to give it away. Poor quality and misleading photos. Definitely not worth the price.

Literally the worst bunch of flowers I've bought. Fresh Sunflower Bunch arrived damaged, stems uncut, and missing most petals. Absolute joke.

Actually a bit disappointe d as the buds are all tight closed but 2 and just very wilted and droop in fairness i dont know much about sunflowers but if you are looking for nice bouquet maybe consider different flowers
