best Persian food ever . if you like lamb ,I recommend to order KABAB KOBIDEH is so good . I love this spot because it’s by PCH and you can see a lot classic and sport cars when you smok hookah . nice staff with really great foods . best thinks to order is baklavah , Persian pizza. kabab kobideh and hookah .

Anything you get from here is always good! And very healthy! They do not use any seed oils. My favorite is the ground beef kebob. But the chicken kebob and the salmon kebob is delicious also! Their pizza is amazing as well! You really can't go wrong with this place!

Extremely bland and stringy meat. A tiny amount of cheese and no horseradish. Overall a terrible sandwich.

God awful. For $15 I could buy 20 of these from Costco. Really a shame because places looked nice but this food quality is worse that the box it came in. Ill never try this place again. A true life instagram versus reality.
