This is one of my favorite sweet treats not many people make gluten free cake especially in lemon raspberry which are two of my favorite flavors. It's just the right amount of cake as well to where I don't worry about it going bad if I am unable to finish it. The only thing is that I'm not that big of a frosting person and there is more than I would want but that's easy to remove when I'm over it. But it's definitely tasty to where I'll get it again.
