The fact that this place is only ranked #5 for sushi on DoorDash is a tragedy. Their pieces of nigiri are twice as big as most other sushi restaurants for the same price. The specialty rolls are fantastic. Always consistent. I would be able to retire early if I didn't have to eat from Sakura so many times per week, but it's just too good to pass up.

Our favorite sushi spot in the area for casual and special occasion dining. We have been regular customers for what seems like over ten years and have ordered a variety of rolls and shumai. The specialty and regular rolls have excellent flavor and freshness.

General Tso's chicken was pretty good. Tempura shrimp roll came with a chemical packet of soy sauce and no wasabi. Smelled bad and tasted worse. Even the grocery store gives you a decent soy sauce and a bit of wasabi. It might have helped mask the awful fishy smell and horrible taste. The last ingredient on their soy packet is alcohol. Pretty sure the ingredients are round up and alcohol. Crab Rangoon's were good but came without sauce as well. Maybe a dine in experience is better, but delivery without sauces was awful. Grocery store Sushi would give you soy and wasabi. Pork fried rice was pretty good with a lot of pork strips. Warning: if you get takeout, do not put the soy packets on your food or you will ruin it with a chemical smell and taste.

Unfortunately the food lacked flavor and the pad Thai tasted like nothing more than days old, dried out noodles. While the portions were generous they ultimately were wasted as we threw more than 90% away as it was not tasty and lacked the peanut sauce flavoring we were seeking when ordering a typical favorite for us at Thai restaurants. The tuna rolls had little to no flavor. The yum yum was bland and the phonemic roll was soggy. Won't order again.
