Quality ingredients are used and food tasted fresh. The chicken with garlic sauce was not spicy. It was mild. The LoMein was good and it came with many medium sized shrimp. I can’t rate the shrimp dumplings because they were not delivered. Restaurant needs better control over fulfilling orders for delivery.

Very well-rated but disappointed.The Chow Fun proteins were a little dry, and the serving size for the vegetables and shrimp were small. The noodles were light in texture and not greasy. The egg roll was well prepared but a little soggy but not greasy, but again low on the tastier ingredients. Delivery was very fast .

Order took forever and food was cold. $50 for tiny portion of skirt steak? Ridiculous. General tsos not spicy. All portions way too small.

The gluten free Egg Drop - Small was bigger than expected. The gluten free Steamed Chicken Dumpling only had 4 dumplings. Not sure if the regular order has more. Dumpling wrapper was very doughy. The gluten free General Tso's Chicken was not spicy even though it is noted as such on the menu. It was too sweet for my taste.

On a scale of 1-10 I'll rate each item...
Egg Roll.. 0.0.. Completely saturated with oil, literally straight in the trash after one greasy bite.
Beef Chow Fun .. 5.6.. terribly dry, noodles all glued together, not much beef...
Honestly the takeout place by me does it way better for way less.
Pork and Shrimp Shu Mai were the star, simply awesome, but not awesome enough to make me drop this much coin on Pearl East again....
