Johnny’s Harborside sits on the north side of the Santa Cruz Harbor, upstairs from H&H Fish Market. That means our seafood goes from the boats to the market to our kitchen in minutes, not days. Chef J…
Fish & Chips were delightfully crispy and scrumptious. Idk why people complained about the Clam Chowder, it was robust and hearty. Perfect fall time lunch!

Fish and chips were a complete rip off. 3 measly pieces of fish and overcooked, oily french fries. Would not recommend.

The Fish Tacos have a picture of 3 Tacos next to a price of $19, which would lead people to believe that you get 3 for $19, but in reality it's only a single taco per order.
It's also incredibly misleading to label the dish as plural on the menu next to a picture of multiple tacos, without specifying that the price is only for a single taco. Feels like a blatant bait and switch.
When I called to ask if this was a mistake, I was told that it wasn't, but the Taco Tuesday price is only $5/taco if you're in the restaurant, which means the "normal" price is almost 4x the discounted price..
Very disappointing given that they're good, but save your money. Plenty of other great tacos in Santa Cruz for a much better price.

super tasty. The meat was tender, the cheese was melty, and the bread was garlicky. All together it made for a very tasty treat. Oh and the fries were nice and crispy as well as being good and thick.

This is the third time recently that I've ordered Scallops, southwestern style. The first 2 times, the meals were delicious. This time, not so much. The polenta was runny with very few veggies in it. There were only a few scallops, whereas the other times, there were a good bit more. There was neither Rojo sauce nor lime crema. The scallops were good, but nothing to write home about, & the runny polenta was also ok - not great like the other 2 times I ordered. Delivery was excellent.
