The Birria Ramen was delicious and a good portion ! My husband enjoyed his Asada Torta, and Im happy they followed the instructions for certain ingredients. The Side of Beans and Rice was alot smaller than expected, bu still tasty. (:

I ordered the Birria Ramen (Pink Menu) and the Pink Horchata Agua Fresca Pouch, both were delicious! My order came with fresh pink tortilla chips that were still warm, chili oil & lemon. The service was quick and friendly and the restaurant is so cute. Pink decor everywhere!

First time ordering from Las Espigas and i ordered 4 items from this restaurant; honestly the beans and rice were the most tasteful and tolerable to me. I tend to be skeptical about mexican restaurants because I can cook it myself and to my liking. Quesa Birria Plate could be better it just had too much clove or anisé that over powered everything and i couldnt even eat half a quesabirria taco. The serving of the rice and beans was significantly small to even say its worth that price. The taco de lengua was bland and was served wet so the taco fell apart and was also topped with lettuce which isn't traditional to me. The chicken Tamales was bland and super dry. The red salsa was good and so was the Horchata however the horchata had a lot of powder at the bottom which isn't a good way to serve horchata. I really wanted to like this place and i really love supporting small businesses, but I likely won't order again, its just not good overall especially for the price.

sipped the aguas frescas...not too sweet,Delicious! Chicken enchiladas, delicious! the sweet and spicy wings, well cooked, delicious! the quesabirria, great too! lets not forget the rice and beans, tasted....well done as it should be! Asada burrito was massive and good, but it didn't come with a plate of rice and beans, since I ordered it as a combo. that's why I gave 3 stars instead of 5

The Birria Plate, Chiles Relleno, Tamales and Pozole was all so good. The Aguas Frescas were so perfect! I have nothing but the best words to say about this restaurant and it's service plus the food.
