The B1. Pork Burger / 肉夹馍 was super goated, tasted amazing. Brown Sugar Boba Tea / 黑糖珍珠奶茶was pretty good too, nice price and large

The pork burger was excellent and definitely worth recommending. However, the rest was very disappointing. Especially for the Dry Hot Pot, nearly $20 for a portion that filled only about 1/3 of the container, and it looks more like leftovers than a freshly prepared dish.
I ordered 4 entrees + 3 pork burgers + 2 drinks, but only received one pair of chopsticks, which was quite awkward when eating with friends.
Highly recommend the pork burger, but not the other dishes, especially the Dry Hot Pot.

Most authentic and tasty Chinese food that I've had in DC - so happy to have found it
Pro tip, toast the burger and add spice to the bowls. Spicy Pork Wonton(8)/ 红油抄手 and Taro Boba Tea / 香芋珍珠奶茶 sensational, while Sichuan Cold Noodles (Vegan) / 四川凉面 unique

As recommended by @notabigjerk on Twitter, this place is great. Make sure to order extra red chili oil on the side! The Egg & Tomato Noodles / 番茄鸡蛋面 portion size is enormous. Wizard Spicy Potato / 狼牙土豆 are like the best wet fries you've ever tried (but only mildly spicy). B2. Pork Burger Meal / 肉夹馍套餐 is filling but on the small side. Only ding: they forgot my spring rolls.

Everything was subpar to bad. The Braised Beef Soup 红烧牛肉 tastes like it came out of a ramen packet topped with dusty, overcooked beef cubes. The Ginger broccoli 姜汁西兰花 was likely steamed and then topped with watered down soy sauce. Would not recommend.
