I spent $185 for three orders (Parrillada del Sur , Entrana , and Flan ) for pick up and it took, I'm not exaggerating, 2 hours for my order to be prepared. I was given pickup instructions for 30 minutes from time of order. I got there and waited 1 1/2 hours for it to be prepared. I've never encountered anything that bad. I was stuck waiting for the order because I'd already paid ahead of time. The staff were nice and apologetic but it seemed like a mess. It was Valentine's Day, but it's inexcusable to have such a wait for a pick up order and not communicate it.
The Parrillada del Sur was pretty good but not great. The quality of the food was uneven. Definitely not worth the long wait. The portions in general were generous for the meat but not the sides.
I cannot recommend it and will never order from there again
