The soup was incredible, and the egg rolls A1. Crispy Egg Rolls (4 Pieces) topped it off for me. Thank you, thank you.

P2. Rare Steak (Pho Tai) is delicious, as always. The broth, in my opinion, is perfect—not too salty, not sweet. The meat is lean, just the way I like it. I took off one star for the packaging. The broth wasn’t sealed tightly and had spilled a little. The soup container is paper, which can easily open. I don’t mind paper packaging, but it should at least be wrapped in an extra bag or made sure that it won’t spill if it tips over.

The portions were what was advertised but the spring rolls that come with lettuce to wrap and dip in the sauce was tiny and only wrapped two of the rolls leaving the remaining two without the lettuce to wrap causing the flavor and taste to be less than desired. The cold rolls after one bite split the casing a they fell apart not maintaining the "roll" that allowed them to be eaten as such.

I'm not a vegetarian by any means, but the vegan pho is amazing. It's my go to anytime I feel a little under the weather and want something healthy and fresh. It's simple but delicious. I could eat this every day and be a happy man.

I order extra jalapeños and never get extra . I even called the restaurant spoke to a girl and asked if she could make sure I get extra which I didn't .I received 4 slices . I paid $2 extra for extra
