Ribs are always moist and fall off the bone good. The cherry cobler has plenty of cherries and is very tasty. Always impressed.

$105 dollars that is just for the food, just got it and the beans are way under cooked, raw cherry slimy cobbler, no onions, pickles, tiny sauce, the potato salad and coleslaw have been drenched in mayo or something this is the worst and we are BIGHAM people for years. I will be calling the owner

Big meat plate... brisket and ribs were tender but not much taste. Pinto beans were sweet for some reason. Not a fan. Potato salad had no real taste. I was expecting mustard potato salad. Disappointed in it. 2 cherry peppers, 4 slices of pickle, 5 slices of jalapenos.  I won't order again.

the brisket was pretty good. the potato however, looked like we are in the scallion shortage of 2024. I didnt expect the potato to be smothered with scallions, but only having 4, yes 4, tiny shopped pieces of scallion seems a little rediculous.

I am surprised...the Breakfast Burrito with brisket, egg, and cheese is the best in Lubbock and I've had most of them. Just try it and you'll see what I mean.
