Their salads are consistently hearty when they give you all the toppings; my previous one had no egg. I did manage to get all the toppings this time. I did not order any hot food so I did not have the issue of hot and cold food being bagged together. Their dressings, even the prepackaged ones, are under portioned. I will add photos to depict what I mean. A net wt 1oz pack of dressing should weigh more than 1oz and it weighs less. The southwest ranch dressing cups are portioned in house and are half full as well. At least give people the ounce that's printed on the packaging! Yall can fill up a 2oz fluted cup with more than half dressing. That's not half either when the bottom is bigger than the top. It's a bountiful salad with stingy dressing, even when you pay for extra dressing! The store limits modifications that are readily available in their native app but DoorDash pricing is usually more economical. And please, put napkins in every bag!

The Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries are my favorite menu item. I'm never not satisfied. The fries are always perfectly cooked and season as well as the chicken.
The Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce are perfect crispy and not overly sweet, the strawberry sauce compliments the bites well.

they should just call it bread since they never bother to actually toast it.
chickens good, but it's a third of the meal, it can't stand alone.

The quality of the food was terrible. The chicken tasted chewy and undercooked. The fries were full of seasoning to the point most of the fries were orange. My salad was not fresh, the lettuce looked old. Just overall was dissapointed.

My buns were stale, the chicken was dry, and the fries weren't seasoned well. I usually love the knibblerz meal, but I was super disappointed. I ordered extra sauce and a medium drink and didn't get the sauce and my drink was a small.
