love firehouse , only place i will buy for yummy sammiches. good cents is nasty and Jimmy John's no thanks

Have tried this place twice now. Horrible both times. Had the Thanksgiving Sub this time.$17for a sub that had maybe 4oz of turkey on it,and it was bits and pieces.

Got the Italian, but it wasn't as good as usual. It just seemed more bread than anything and the veggies were so thinly sliced as to be nonexistent in each bite.

I do a lot of food delivery and don't expect much, but this delivery Firehouse Sub delivered it was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. Great Job! could not send a photo I ate the whole sandwich up!

Did not receive condiments on my sandwich, requested onions and received two rings. The bottom piece of my bread was ripped (see picture) and tasteless and was hard/tough. There was a sticker that mentioned gluten free could not be guaranteed, but I did not order gluten free.
