The best burgers in salem by far I've only had one time where my order was wrong but it was only missing the extra patty

This place is hands-down amazing. No matter if you're ordering it through this app or in person, it's so dang good! Also!! I cannot get over how they always provide a great amount of sides you order (ie. Fries n onion rings). My kiddo and I love this place so much! Best burgers in town!

My son and I love going down their amazing burgers in person. But today, I definitely needed a burger and cannot fathom leaving the house. And per usual, not only they knock it out of the park food wise but they give the BEST serving sizes. The burgers are incredible. And so are the fries and onion rings! I would give this place 1 million stars if I could! <3

Sadly I don't have a lot of good go say about my experience with this restaurant.
The onion rings were the best part of my order. Even though they were cold, they still tasted good and had some crunch. They earned the single star.
The dipping sauce had a funk flavor to it so I tossed it and made my own.
The burger was disgusting. More bread than anything else. The onions were described as being built into the patty but they weren't. Don't get me wrong, I like onions but the onions were not in the patty, were undercooked and unsuccessful. They were barely cooked and unseasoned. In fact the entire burger lacked seasoning and the meat did not taste all that great.
When I think of a smash burger, I think of the crispy edges and a well cooked burger (not well in temperature but in quality). The meat was grey and had zero crispy edges.
The overall burger "The Oklahoma Onion was so awful that I couldn't even stomach eating half of it. The rest is joining the funk flavored sauce in trash.
I ate most of the onion rings but the serving was so large, they filled me up.
As I said... the onion rings were the only saving grace for this purchase.

Kim-chi burger was burnt all around the edges and I never received the Soda I ordered. Fries could use more seasoning as they were pretty bland or they should offer a sauce to go with them. Overall not a great experience, I'll be ordering from Killer Burger instead.
