Honestly--better than some of the sushi places I've had sushi at in Torrance. For Carson, this place is a gem. I would def come back and order again. I ordered the baked scallop roll, the albacore tuna/jalapeño roll, the Carson roll, and spicy albacore on crispy rice. Scallop could've been cooked a little more but it def wasn't rubbery. Albacore tuna freshly seared would've been nice as well but flavor for all was on point, and generous portions too!!!

Delicious roll, and it absolutely lives up to its "lava" name. Jalapenos were very spicy! The roll looks small but it's filling, just right for a small, satisfying dinner. The one thing I wasn't so keen on is that the spicy tuna is ground up, not in whole pieces, so it's hard to tell the freshness of it. Imitation crab was standard. Would likely order here again but try something else.

This is my new fav sushi place! And I have been searching for years. The Monster Crunch Roll is my absolute favorite! The Green Bay Roll has a hint of Mexican flavor. Mango Tango Roll is tropical and refreshing. Try them all!!

I wouldnt order the cucumber salad again. I was super disappointed when it wasnt just cucumber. The photos only show cucumber. The Chicken Teriyaki Roll (5 Pcs) was rice, teriyaki chicken wrapped in seaweed. My kids loved it. The Kids' Beef was a lot smaller than I was expecting. For the price I was expecting a little more.

My second time ordering takeout. I ordered the Aloha Roll. The rice didnt taste fresh this time around, some felt a bit hard, but not too bad. Overall was good! Fish was fresh and consisent. I also ordered the Edamame, plain this time, very good!
