I ordered the Dino Sundae and I did not get what I asked for. When I opened the bag I got a small sugar cookie and I did not get the Dinosaur cookie. I was disappointed because the sugar cookie was small and dinky and the Dinosaur cookie is pretty big, mind you I just payed 6.00 for this Sundae. I thought this was very unprofessional because If they were out of the Dino cookies (which they were) they should've let me know before I ordered the sundae, otherwise I would have never ordered. If they gave me 2 sugar cookies I would have never even complained, but the sugar cookie I was given was so small compared to the dinosaur cookies.

Purchased a quart of cookies and cream for $17 and it was great! Getting that much ice cream by scoop- like four different cones would have cost a good deal more. The employee helping us very helpful

I love love love Bruster's Ice Cream. Ive ordered from here regularly because they have the best quality of icecream in my opinion- but they also have a really good service even when you DoorDash, they always give spoons and napkins and package everything to stay cold. They add a smiley face to my bag too which is very appreciated :) Icecream always comes cold and the waffle bowls stay fresh and crispy. Thank you to all of the employees at Brusters!!!!! I see y'all!!!!

wife loved her waffle bowl and my Banana Split was the best since the one I had in Mt. Airy over a year ago. We will be ordering from you again and soon. Not enough stars for the rating it was that good!

So good! I got cherry vanilla and my son had cotton candy explosion in a waffle bowl. The waffle bowl was fresh and both our ice creams were so creamy and had fresh toppings mixed in them.
