The Bagel with Cream Cheese was okay. The cream cheese itself might need a little more flavor. The Iced Cafe Latte was creamy just the way I liked it. The staff was great! They mentioned I forgot to select a syrup, so they sent in a small cup of vanilla syrup. That was really nice of them.

The bagel was delicious. The coffee was disgusting. It tasted literally like a regular cup of coffee with a couple squirts of chocolate syrup. It tasted old and it was watery. I did not get napkins or a straw. Definitely not worth the $20.

Obviously the bagels are incredible, but what keeps me coming back is the customer service and one of the BEST oatmilk Cafe Lattes in town!

This place has really gone down hill over the last year. We used to love it! Bagels looked pale, didn't have many seasonings/toppings on them and they were nearly flavorless. The berry cream cheese was basically plain CC with some dried cranberries. So disappointed.

Four stars for most of the bagels (that were not cut in 1/2)...FIVE stars for the best and well priced Cookie-Cranberry Walnut I've not made myself.
