• 12/11/24Did Chipotle stop doing the cilantro lime rice? Did they stop doing the salt and lime squeeze on the chips? Chicken was dry. It was supposed to be a salad but there were only a couple wilted pieces of lettuce and a couple chunks of the stalk underneath dry black beans and plain (absolutely plain) white rice. I assumed financial district location would be good but it wasn't. I walked down to get a side of guac ahead of my group order delivery and as soon as I opened it, all I saw was brown. It wasn't even 11 am. We won't order from this
chipotle again.

• 17/9/26Chips & Queso Blanco - The chips were off. I normally like chipotle chips, but they weren't good today. I would have skipped eating them, but then I would waste my cheese. I finished my cheese and tossed the rest of the chips.

• 9/1/25Any other time I order a burrito bowl from Door Dash, my burrito bowl comes fully loaded. This time I only received steak and rice for $18.00. No refund is allowed! Since when? I will never ever order from them through DD again! Rice and steak bowl shou cost $18.00. Barely any meat inside the bowl. Rice was overcooked.

• 9/2/24the burrito bowl had very undercooked rice and there was an unnaturally sour taste to some portions of the Burrito Bowl (potentially veggies or even scarier, the meat?) i ended up tossing the bowl out to be safe. if it helps other users, i ordered BEFORE the rush hour so it may be that this location reuses leftovers from the prior day. ive ordered after the rush hour before and the meal was fine.

• 18/7/23I got a huge junk of avocado that was really hard and not fully skinned. Not happy about paying extra for guacamole and getting this.
