This is a local restaurant I go to anytime I want Mexican food. Calafia usually has a 2 for one special, reasonably priced meals and big portions. I Love the burrito bowl,or the verde sauce and pork both are my favorites. The to go is ALWAYS fast, there's parking, and if you eat in there's a lot of room to sit, and eat delicious food.

We ordered 4 chicken 3 Tamales and 2 pork. All the tamales were delicious. The masa was moist and very flavorful and therewas just enough meat in the tamales. The only thing I did not like is that they put all the tamales into one box so it was a guessing game on which was chicken and which ones were pork. I would definitely orer the tamales from here again.

The flavors are great. That's why there are 3 stars. The fish taco is 1/3 of its former size and it's next to the small condiment containers for size. The lime it came with was so dry there was zero juice to squeeze out. If the picture on the menu matched what we received, that would make sense but it was nothing close.
We ordered a size of rice and pinto beans. The Side of Rice came in a plastic container. The pinto beans which are a wet item cause there is some of the cooking liquid with it, came in a disposable container. No photo because it was falling apart and this was a very close delivery.

The Super Burrito and Nachos was delicious, fresh and satisfying and the portion was perfect and I will definitely be ordering again soon!
