Berrii Crunchii Salad is my favorite salad at the moment. So refreshing.

I usually order from Freshii and have been a patron for many years, but this order was very disappointing. The cauli and white cheddar soup smelt and tasted as if it was sitting on a burner all day. The whole bag/order smelled smoky when I first opened it and the soup tasted awful. Also, the falafels were extra dry, and there was an inch-long hole in one of the burritos. It would have been helpful if the Tex Mex Burrito and Create Your Own Burrito were labeled. Many restaurants practice this and it is always appreciated. Not impressed especially with the price we had to pay.

Did not like the Kale Caesar salad- way too much Parmesan (big curls), very salty, too much dressing and the chickpeas were dry and crunchy, which I did not expect. Big chunks of black peppercorns, which did not taste great when you suddenly crunch into them. This is the second time I tried Freshi and honestly I won't order again. Sadly just not working for me. The salad all had elements I enjoy eating but there was- no balance of flavors all I could taste was Parmesan.

the smoothie bowl was okay, i could tell that they didn't wash the fruit before hand, rice was a bit hard and very spicy, overall 3/5 i've had better

Freshi does not allow you to make modifications, which is a problem. I prefer minimal dressing and most places tend to pour it on. There was no way for me to request to have it on the side because medications are disabled, which means there is no way to remove an element that you don't like or can't eat.
