• 5/5/26I don't know how much of this is gong cha's fault vs. door dash's fault, but I did not receive an item in my order and another item in my order was missing the add-ons that I paid for. Door dash refused to refund me or even supply door dash credit, so I have just spent $15+ dollars on items that I either didn't receive or were missing what I paid for.
