Pleasantly surprised by how good my Salmon Bento was! Packaged well so my gyoza and shrimp tempura didn't get soggy. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The California roll was simple but yummy. And the salad was very crispy and fresh with a nice salad dressing.

House Fried rice is always the go to here; generous and well prepared portions that last me multiple meals. And the times I've gone in, the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

There's a vibrance in the taste and when it's available, the spicy renditions are also a fun twist to have for the dish; highly recommend.

they've improved a lot in the last couple years, but they did raise their prices quite a bit recently. they have the temperature true low in the fridge for the salad, sometimes it's frozen and the leaves get all soggy and transparent/ brown when they thaw out. Their standard time for cooking teriyaki is a little too low for me, it always ends up a bit pink, but I love the teriyaki when I tell them to cook it a bit more charred. unless you go during peak Microsoft lunch hours, it's never busy either, so it's nice if you just want to have a quiet spot to get a quick bite. they aren't in front about the extra cost, but they will charge for a bag when they ask you if you want one, no charge for utensils and if you ask nicely they can throw in a free cup of teriyaki / siracha sauce.

Ordered the Beef Teriyaki. It came with virtually no teriyaki sauce. Additionally Doordash was not set up to select a spice level, just a $2.50 spicy charge, wrote instructions for 4 star spice and was dissapointed. Would not consider this a traditional PNW teriyaki and would not reorder from here again. For being almost $20, not even being topped with teriyaki sauce, and low spice for an additional $2.50, this gets a 2 star.

This has been my go-to place for years - spicy chicken - Spicy Chicken Teriyaki is the bomb here with the side salad.
