The store called me directly because I had requested an item substitution that wasn't available. They were very nice, fixed the item and provided extra sauces. Always a pleasure ordering from Brandon's. The fish and chips arrived steaming hot and delicious.

The 1/2 Fried Chicken Dinner was so tiny! smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seen and pretty dry. It used to be way better. The Avocado Salad was fresh and delicious.

Ordered green chilaquiles and veggie omelette and side of sausage Pattie's. Chilaquile's salsa tasted sour and weird. Worse salsa I have ever had. Omelette was very bland. No flavor. Sausage Pattie's were very grainy. No, salt or pepper or ketchup or any condiments provided inside the bag, to help this nasty food out. Gave me toast (cost $2.95) with no jelly packets or butter? I would give zero stars. I would love my $40 back.

Flautas Or Taquitos have onion, peppers, and maybe even tomato in the meat. It's horrible when you are just expecting plain 'ol chicken and beef. Basically, fajitas rolled in a tortilla. Will not be ordering again.

Staff and manager were rude and dismissive! They had menudo on the menu but when we arrived to pick up they told us they don't serve it during the weekday and rudely said "contact Doordash, we can't do anything about it".
