The Hook & Ladder.® with banana peppers isone of my favoritesubs on the menu. It arrived quick, fresh taste, and well packed, and the regular 6"-7" sub is a big portion. I've ordered it before and will order it again! My favorite Chips are Ms. Vickie's jalapeño kettle chips. Not too spicy but they have a lot of flavor and even more crunch.

The Italian sub was huge and so good and they made it perfect even with my special requests!! The cookie was perfectly baked and fresh. Will buy again!!

Very good. I had to call to ask for mayo and dressing on the side instead of on my sandwich, and they were happy to help. The only thing that confused me was the pickle. It didn't taste like a pickle.. Very hard to describe. Not edible. But the sandwich was solid so I don't care! I would order the Italian over and over again.

Ive never tried the Italian™ before and they had a special so we tried it. I enjoyed mine, a little too much italian dressing but other than that I would get it again. Good amount of meat to bread ratio

the last few times I have ordered from here, I have specified no pickle. for at least 6 of 6 orders, I have had a pickle in my bag. I would be willing to overlook this if the pickle was securely wrapped in something that the smell and juices were contained. Unfortunately, the juice has leaked around and gotten on my sandwiches. The food itself when a pickle is not included is the reason why I keep coming back. I love the meatball sub and the Mac n cheese.
