Los mejores Chilaquiles que e tenido en Madison, crujientes y no aguados. La salsa no es picante y si tiene sabor. Un poco 10/10.
The best Chilaquiles that I've had in all of Madison, they never disappoint. They are crunchy and and salsa y no spice at all, the portion size is perfect. And I always order this from them so I would recommend it to anyone.

Heaven on a plate, the Platillo de Borrego in green sauce is perfection not spicy but quite flavorful. The ground beef enchiladas in red sauce were also excellent. Only disappointed with the Tamal tried all three, each had about 1" end of solid corn meal and the chicken was bland. Prices quite fair. Los Atlantes is now our go to, wish we could give a higher rating!

Everything was incredibly greasy, to the point that it was almost inedible. Red salsa tastes like a can of adobo blended up. I definitely will not be ordering from here again.
