Rating this place a 7 out of 10. I prefer the quality and taste from Cheesesteak Shop more. Plus they also offer both sweet + hot peppers but the closest one is over in Milpitas...

I've had pardon my cheesesteak from the Hayward location, and they had the traditional thin sliced steak with cheese. However at this location, it was basically pot roast. It was nothing like traditional Philly cheesesteak.The onions were still firm, not caramelized. The sandwich was tiny I was very disappointed.

Lemonade was fizzy water - need to change cartridge in soda machine. Sandwich is mini - 4.5 inches at most. The french fries were seriously lacking or missing as you can see from the photo how much I was given.

I paid full price for the Donut Dippersand didn't receive the cream cheese icing or the caramel syrup. The donut holes were fresh and tasty but i feel like there should have been more. The fries weren't bad. Wouldn't order again.

The fries taste super old even though I could see the dasher waiting for the order for a while. I know it's an early order so I wasnt minding the wait but to have stale fries? Common....Then theres the Chipotle Cheesesteak that wrapped in this paper then foil and when I opened it half of my meat was stuck to the paper and I wasn't going to eat that, but whats left over of the sandwich did taste good so it wasnt a complete waste of money
