Oh my goodness! The beef & chedder is so good. The meat and there is a mountain of it on this sandwich is so tender and juicy. The topping with the cheese had a tiny bit of a sweet finish which made the sandwich outstanding. Don't forget the added pickle. I could have eaten several of those. Everything about it was made to perfection.There is not much in the way of takeout that I like but every oder I have received from Firehouse has been so good. There is no way you can walk away from this sandwich and still be humgry.

Not worth the money.New York Steamer® Was sloppy & underwhelming. The cucumbers weren't cut properly. . Firehouse Chili & Soups "bowls" are Kid size and a ripoff. Even the brownie was dry and crumbly.

I ordered the steak and cheese melt. It was absolutely delicious. I will order that again for sure. The steak was tender and flaverful. The veggies were perfect.
