Food was good (especially the Mongolian Beef ). Unless you're traveling though, don't bother with White Rice - it's only about a half cup for $2, and not enough to pair with the entree. Better to make at home.

I have been going to Judy Fu's Snappy Dragon for decades and love it dearly. They use fresh ingredients, they prepare them well and with skill, and they have really fun tasty sauces.
They have a wonderful variety of vegetables in the Assorted Vegetables and other dishes. I particularly love the Hunan Beef and Homemade Green Onion Pancake. Delicious!
My mom is on the TQI/Abascal Way diet for medical reasons and she can eat here! It's like finding gold treasure to find a restaurant that can do that. What a gift!
If you've never been, I recommend the Mongolian chicken or beef, the chow mein with rolled and cut noodles, and literally any of the soups.

Best Chinese I've found in Seattle. Excellent home-made noodles, dumplings and potstickers. Crystal prawns another favorite.

Thought the prices were ridiculous until it arrived, fantastic portions completely worth the price. Just prepare to reheat them, bought two entrees for $60 (including fees) and they will last me 4 meals. Not to mention- AMAZING TASTEE
