This is great sushi. The Spicy tuna roll roll is very good and has good heat to it. The red devil roll on the Lunch Special Roll Plate/End 3 PM was very good and fresh. I will get both again for sure!

I'm a little bit obsessed with Minazuki!! They're the only place with onigiri near me and it's always fantastic!! My personal favorite is the Onigiri California. The portions are just the right size and the fish always tastes fresh! I'll be ordering from Minazuki again and again!

Shrimp udon soup came with a lot of shrimp. The broth has a lot of cabbage and taste more like a Chinese cabbage soup not a traditional Japanese udon soup. Food was fresh. Great quantity of food! Will order again!

The sushi is pretty good, but they consistently provide too little Wasabi and soy sauce. I have ordered many times from them. The miso is very salty and the salad as an optional side is iceberg with dressing. Add a tomato or two!

I love deep fried rolls and tried to find a balance between indulgent and fresh/light, so I ordered the Kyoto Fire Roll and the Salmon Avocado Roll. Unfortunately, both the hot and cold rolls were packaged together, which made everything warm and soggy.
The Kyoto roll’s texture was overcooked and had an odd cooked-meat quality that completely threw off the flavor profile. The Salmon Avocado Roll also lost its freshness due to the heat transfer. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not what I would expect from sushi.
