Great sandwiches. Iced Mocha (16 oz) was not so great tasting: has a Smokey taste: but the sandwiches are awesome

I do not understand why the plain bagels I ordered were toasted, etc. They were not advertised as such. I ordered them for future meals. The tots were very soggy and minimal in amount. My sandwich was good, but I likely will not order again.
