the 3 piece meal was perfect, as always. however, I ordered a large loco salad ($6.99) and the container was only half full....no lie. I turned it to the side and it only filled up half of the large container. pretty disappointed with that purchase. should've stuck with the small side and would've gotten the same amount if not even more

I order this all the time and it's always 10/10 but tonight they gave me extra chicken and extra sauces for my bowl 100\10 was DELICIOUS!

Food was packed with care, sealed properly (for sanitation purposes) Chicken was tasty but a bit dry, for my taste. Salad and tortilla chips was ok but could be improved. 3 out of 5

First time ordering. The chicken is ok but extremely small pieces of chicken. They cut the thigh in half and counts as two pieces of chicken. The sides were ok but nothing worth mentioning Other than the price the chicken was ok. I probably will not order from this franchise again.

The chicken was dry. I got to slivers of avocado that was turning brown in spots. I have purchased El Pollo for many years and this is the first time I was Disappointed in the quality of the food.
