• 11/9/24My pickup order was not at all what we expected considering the price and pictures in doordash. The Chicken, Penne & Broccoli was all pasta with 3 small bites of chicken, while my salad entree had barely any toppings with wilted lettuce.

• 30/4/22Did the lunch order: sandwich and either a soup/salad. The meatball sandwich was one meatball cut into three sections, on a sub roll that a 4 yr old would eat. I have never seen anything so ridiculous, for $15. The salad was fine. Place is a ripoff.

• 29/5/26I called the Chateau where I take DoorDash orders from all the time and told them the kitchen messed up the order. I did not get calamari and clam strips. I just got calamari, which was so tough. You could not chew it. They said they were calling you and you would give me a refund.

• 24/4/25Must have been an off day. I got a few onion rings but basically it looked like the crumblings on the bottom of the fryer. Eggplant Parm Sandwich is usually good but just plain today.
