1.1 Aloo Tikki Chaat medium heat and a good combination of flavours. Would be nice with a side of Raita. Quite thick as leftovers and the heat increases!
4.16 Lamb Sekuwa quite fatty on some pieces. I prefer a very lean meat. I wish the fat had been cut off. But the flavour was lovely and paired well with the side sauce. I liked the pieces of fried onion and wrapped the 4.16 Lamb Sekuwa with it and the 7.7 Laccha Paratha, then dipped in the sauce. Yum!
4.1 Chicken Steamed Momos were delicious and kept well as leftovers. I'll try other flavours next time!
7.7 Laccha Paratha was light and fluffy and I could have easily eaten double the amount.
13.8 Mango Lassi was sweet and delicious and perfect for dessert.

Unfortunately, the quality of the Chicken Manchurian was disappointing. The gravy looked excessively thick, oily, and overly dark, and the chicken pieces appeared heavily coated with sauce rather than freshly prepared. The dish did not have the fresh, balanced appearance I would expect from a good Chicken Manchurian. Overall, it looked poorly presented and not up to a good restaurant standard. I hope the restaurant can improve the preparation, sauce consistency, freshness, and presentation.
