Oh my god, an Italian restaurant in GR that uses FRESH PASTA! It's a miracle! The rest of these places should be ashamed to call themselves "italian". The difference between fresh and dry pasta is substantial, and obvious on first bite. It's easy and cheap to make, so they're just choosing to be lazy. And to suck.
Absolutely delicious Carbonara dish. The Limoncello Bar was also outstanding. Thank you, Palio!

Delicious fresh pizza, definitely would recommend extra sauce with the Fettuccine Alfredo Classico, comes with some parmesan on the side as well. Tiramisu is a huge portion perfect for two!

very tasty, but very tiny.one Side Meatball with no sauce, just a piece o stewed tomato. Small amount of Greens, barely cooked. the Crema di Maiz con Parmigiano was absolutely fantastic!

I have ordered the Zuppe Pollo Toscano- Bowl twice in the last couple of weeks...ever since I discovered that Palio existed! This soup is absolutely amazing! Everything is exactly right! I ordered as part of a double dash and can't wait to order full meals!

the Ribeye was cut like a filet, and seemed to be a lower quality cut, with a fair amount of connective tissue and not alot of marbling. The steak was cooked perfectly, but did not appear to have any seasoning. the sides werereally good, good flavor and the Tiramisu was amazing.
