Not the same! They either changed they're provisioner? and/or opted to buy a cheaper pre-formed dough. The Poppy Bagel had no taste. It was so bland, not a bagel, just looked like one. Didn't taste like a bagel at all! Especially not a "Brooklyn Bagel." Then to be charged a delivery fee? Unfortunately, it's suddenly feels like they value profit over quality, with minimum effort. Very disappointing, used to be good! Menu changes aren't good either on take out. No more Fountain drinks? No more section for, "For Sale" -Lunch Salads, ie: Egg/Tuna Salad, no CC, and no size options available, just 1 size.= 1/2lb. container, (not 1/4lb., 1/2lb., 16oz./1lb.), and not all available on menu. If you wished to purchase any cream cheeses, or lunch salads. So yeah, it feels like quanity or quality now, and that? is very disappointing. 😔 Will not be ordering anytime soon. Unless they go back to the way things used to be. Too many other options out there. 3pc Rugelach ? decent, but TooJays is better.

Bagels were very chewy, almost mosit feeling despite being toasted, and the hash browns were undercooked. Received the incorrect coffee size as well. Not up to par with the past times we've had BWB, unfortunately. Especially disappointing with the $4.99 delivery fee on top of it.

The chicken was extra chewier . It made the eggs taste differently. I didn't like it at all

Always solid. Definitely unfortunate that this location doesn't have fountain drinks. I made the poor Door Dash guy go to 7-11 to get one because of it.
