The food was good but couldn't eat baked potato because no butter or sour cream were added and no place to ask for them. Didn't care for the green beans, which were not a choice, automatically included.

The sauce from the Buffalo Chicken Wontons container melted bc the wontons were hot when they packed the meal. Sauce all over everything, making it soggy and gross. Pita bread barely toasted. First time trying LaChance, and I'm not sure I'll give them a second change for the price.

I love their food but their Doorash order quality control is horrible!I ordered the hummus plate today and it arrived with no hummus. also ordered chicken salad with potato salad and chips ($4 extra) and received none of the sides. also had buffalo chicken wonton on the order. take a guess - didnt get that either. asked doordashif there was a 2nd bag and was told no.
