The food are incredibly good. I didn't expect the bread of The Velvet Elvis is made of thick well made french toast, which is a surprise. Even their home fries is the best among most diners in north jersey area. They use the right potato and the flavor is great with a bit of crispness. The Breakfast Wrap tastes good too. The avocado inside is very fresh. For the Egg and Cheese on a Roll, they really read what I put for the options. Many restaurants would just give you salt&pepper packets and the sandwich itself tastes bland. But this diner they put the condiments I requested into my roll. You can see the black pepper on my sandwich!

I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Wallington Diner. I spent over $50 on breakfast, including pancakes and French toast, and they only provided three small syrups for the entire order.
I had to actually call the diner and request additional syrup. What makes this more frustrating is that the last time I ordered from them, they didn’t include any syrup at all.
When customers are spending over $50 on breakfast and ordering items like pancakes and French toast, enough syrup should automatically be included. Customers shouldn’t have to keep calling for something that obviously goes with the food.
I enjoy supporting local businesses, but attention to the small details matters—especially when it becomes a repeated issue. I hope Wallington Diner improves how they check and package their takeout and delivery orders.

I was pretty surprised with the amount of turkey slices with the Thanksgiving platter. Great quality of hash browns and I can definitely recommend the chicken soup

Ordered 1 order of Waffles and bacon. They did not deliver the bacon. Plenty of syrup but no butter.
Ordered 1 order of Chicken and Waffles . Chicken was dry and coating was tasteless. They have much better options on the menu.
