Butter chicken and Chicken Tikka were top notch. Paneer Kulcha  and Garlic Naan were off the charts as well. The Manty and Jhinga were great but we ordered two of each and only got one so wish we would have had both

I have visited this restaurant in person many times and have thoroughly enjoyed it, so I was excited to try it via DoorDash. Unfortunately, the food I received for delivery was quite different from what I remembered. First, the portions were extremely small, especially given the price. Paying $22 for a small container of butter chicken, one would expect a reasonable portion of rice, but instead, the rice container was half the size of the already small curry container. Moreover, the food was quite bland. I hope it was just an off day because this used to be one of my favorites in Houston. Unfortunately, I would recommend avoiding orders from here; you might have a better experience dining in person.

It's good, but I was wanting more food for the price. It just feels light in the quantity of food for the price of $35. You might do better getting a specific  dish as. the dinner for one as you might receive a better portion size and maybe have left overs. If you want a small sampler of Indian dishes then this would be good, just keep in mind it is enough for 1 person. You will be pleased with the taste, but still wanting more.

Saag Paneer came with just 6 cubes of paneer in one order. That's a surprising but kind of unacceptable mistake.

Also the order did not come with rice. Perhaps I was supposed to order it separately, but the image for both dishes include rice, and convention dictates that takeout Indian food always comes with rice. So I consider this similarly unacceptable. 

It's a shame because the food was otherwise tasty and the kitchen was considerate enough to honor my request to remove cilantro from the dal.

Spice level was zero. Food seemed very "americanized" and not authentic. Naan and papad were okay. Nihari was below average. Butter chicken was sweet. Kheer was spoiled/expired and we could not eat it.
