Love the brisket

I ordered the pulled pork platter with one side and a piece of cornbread.
I was given a good portion of both the pulled pork and mac n' cheese but unfortunately that was the only positive.
The mac n'cheese was extremely bland, as was the cornbread. I wanted to love the pulled pork but it was grossly fatty and looked more like a slow-cooker pulled pork.
I read other reviews of customers stating the only way you'll receive a sauce is by paying an extra charge for a small cup. I ordered the basic BBQ sauce for an extra $1.25 and eh....not impressed.

You'd expect some bbq sauce when ordering 2 Trio Sampler platters. There was not an option to add any sauce without paying for it on the DoorDash app. I figured they'd pack some considering we ordered 2 platters with 3 different meats, but there wasn't any sauce at all. That was very disappointing. We've eaten there back in December and they offered us sauces with our meal without an upcharge. We thought the food and sauce was great. The chicken was so delicious and juicy, it actually sat in juices when it was served to us. Tonight however the chicken was extremely, extremely dry (with no sauce to put on it.) I was only given 2 strips of the brisket while my husband got 3. It was very good though. The pulled pork was also good but again, no BBQ sauce. The Cilantro Red Potato Salad was really just red potatoes and lots of mayo, no cilantro, no flavor. My husband and both agreed this place has definitely lost a step or two since we dined there. He couldnt even eat his potato salad that we ordered extra from the platter.

The bacon was probably the best I've ever had. I would come back just for the bacon. Cornbread was good. Pulled pork and brisket were good quality and very flavorful especially with the 2 different BBQ sauces!

The meats were okay and had decent flavor but were very dry. the sides lacked flavor. So bland. For them to such small portions and FLAVORLESS and expensive is crazy.
