Overall the meal was very good. I have been trying different items each order to sense what I liked. Some of the items I ordered today likely would have been amazing freah to table but don't travel. That was my error in ordering but now I know. I would say consider if you think items travel well but the food is always on point.

There were very little grits see pic the bacon was undercooked I specifically ask for scrambled eggs and got over easy the muffin was toasted too lightly and the watermelon wake up had no seal on it to call and have this corrected was a dead end. Only ate the grits which were fine but less than I thought and some of the bacon I threw away the eggs and 2 pieces of bacon also the drink that wasn't sealed

I don't think I've ever had food from First Watch that wasn't great. You get what you ask for and the portions are generous. The Trifecta is one of my go-to's.
The Ham and Gruyere sandwich was good even after hours later in the refrigerator.

The food is usually pretty good, as of recently, especially in the Kids Granola Bowl, which has been less than subpar with the inconsistency of the portion size. Also, I have an order of bacon that looks more than undercooked. Very disappointing.

everything was prepared true to advertising.
might just be a fluke the Fresh Seasoned Potatoes were well browned but some of the large chunks did not cook though all the way?
the Biscuits & Gravy: biscuit is pretty good, gravy was meh. pretty thin. but after years of working in kitchens and restaurants I understand how difficult it is to keep gravy the correct consistency on the line. you just can't beat fresh homemade gravy.
chicken apple sausage has absolutely no flavor, not the restaurants fault though.
