Taqueria los plebes has been the dream of a young couple, this is also where “los plebes” name comes from meaning “the young guys” from los plebes you will always spect flavor and different plates, O…
HANDS DOWN THE BEST Authentic Mexican Food in town. My family owns a ton of Mexican restaurants around the world, so that's saying a lot. Thank you Taqueria Plebes for providing such great quality food at an astonishing affordable price!!!
P.S. if you got a picky eater get the Nachitos with no beans and cream.

Best carnitas I have ever had. I will continue to return every time I'm in Gillette.
The Fresas con crema and churro cheesecake, blew my mind. I've never had anything so delicious!
The birria tacos were also a favorite. I couldn't get enough.

The Birria Tacos🐂 were very tasty and well built. They doubled up on the tortilla so it wasn't soggy by the time it arrived. The Kids quesadilla was cut into small triangles perfect for a child's hands and mouth to feed themselves! Their Side of chips and salsa small was well proportioned however the salsa has a much differenr flavor then what Im used to for this type of restraunt. overall vey good!

The Macho Burrito🐂 was good just wish it had less beans in it, it was on the thick side. Asada Fries🥩 ⭐️ I liked them way better than Albertanos. The one thing that was disappointing was that, there was hardly any Fries. it had plenty of meat and toppings but very little fries. The salsas weren't my favorite though.

Everything was EXCELLENT. Our tacos were hot and filling, the fries were crisp and delicious.I also had the Fresas con crema (strawberry n cream) it was dessert in a cup! Presentation was beautiful and the food was so good. We'll definitely be ordering again.
