In Southfield, this location is literally my favorite. They always go above and beyond and actually put effort into the food that they're serving customers. Whether I go onto DoorDash or through the drive-through, they always are superb. Definitely a lot better from the Oak Park location. Because that place sucks.

I love their breakfast sandwiches, very well prepared, and the Original Blend Coffee is now my favorite , made me switch from McDonalds after drinking for over 12 years!

I love ordering from this place because they are so accurate and get my order correct about 99.9% of the time rarely have I had a problem with my order is getting mixed up and if so, they were always quick to respond and correct and resend the product I requested

The Turkey Bacon Club is literally falling apart on me and the lettuce is more shredded than the romaine style advertised on DoorDash pictures ? Idk whats going on . Dream Cookie made with M&M Minis came broken.

I love Tim Hortons so I keep giving it a chance because I don't think it's the business. It's the people they have. My order is wrong no matter what Tim Hortons I order from. It is always messed up. It's always wrong. This one specifically has horrible food, especially if you order food after noon. My biscuits are dried and burnt all the time. My bagels are barely fresh and when I order a hot drink I get a cold one. When I order a cold one I get a hot one. Be better. People spend their money and it's more expensive through DoorDash.
