Consistently delicious, beautiful, and perfect every time! I'm so appreciative of the veg options along with dairy free milk options and plant based food! The Boca Egg Sammie is an all time favorite along with the Health Nut. I love the uniqueness of the Rose Cappucino, so tasty! I've only ever physically been there a couple times and I love the aesthetics and appreciate this dope spot.

One of the very few places in the area that has vegan plant based breakfast and it's done so well; it's delicious every time! I do miss the fresh lemon that used to come with the yummy vegan egg Sammy but I have some lemon at home. The portions are huge at least for the Boca Egg Sammieand the Health Nut. The Health Nut is soooo good! Always fresh and gorgeous. I love the coffee and tea options, especially their signature Rose Cappucino. Over the last couple of years, I've tried several flavors and teas. Overall I love the whole vibe of The Modern Rose, it's a neat place with awesome people making delicious healthy meals. I'm thankful theyre in business.

I had the Tulum Sammie, excellent, fresh & messy, but both yum & fun. The Cacao Latte (Sf) was delish & satisfied my chocolate cravings. Love this place, thanks y'all.
