Closest thing I have found to a true Chicago Hot Dog in Oregon, complete with neon relish and poppy seed bun. Being maximum picky, the bun and frank are not steamed, they are split and grilled, giving you a tougher texture than a 100% Chicago dog. The waffle fries were also perfect. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside.
