I thought this would be something unique and delicious because everything on their menu really is but the wrap was utterly disappointing the taste was bitter and the ingredients did not compliment each other

This is the second time I’ve received missing items from this store. When I order a waffle for $18, I expect it to be complete—including the ice cream. I don’t want to end up with just plain waffle after paying nearly $25 with delivery fees, very disappointing.
