This was my first time trying Grimaldis. the Brooklyn Bridge Pizza (with added mushrooms) was very tasty. I had it delivered though and it was pretty soggy by the time it got to me. I would definitely eat at the restaurant next time! I also ordered the Tiramisu , which was delicious, but for $7.70, I would have expected it to be a bigger portion size. it was way too small to charge that much.

Pizza was delivered cold. Crust extremely chewy and I have great teeth. Now I have a jaw ache after 3 slices. Flavor was lacking and the cheese was minimal on both pizzas. Margarita pizza had too much sauce and barely any cheese. Better off at Papa Murphy's for way less $. Salad was just arugula with some very hard croutons and 2 lemon slices and a little shaved Parmesan. Lemon vinaigrette, but extremely tart. Bruschetta was very tasty and delicious but way over priced for 3 small slices of bread and chopped tomatoes and garlic on top. Very disappointed for a bill of 130.00 for 2 pizzas, salad, bruschetta and 3 cannolis ( we've yet to try them so we can't review

Pizza was gloriously well balanced with olive oil, real mozzarella cheese, and garlic. Perfectly cooked. Nothing beats the pizza here. Their pizza cooking process really makes the difference.

Pizza sauce all over the pizza but barely has any cheese, learned from my mistake and ordered ++ cheese for the following time, came with the same amount of cheese baaaarrrrely there.
Too expensive for the amount of product put in their pizza, also a topping of any veggies including black olives is 2+ tax extra, thats literally for 10 pieces of black olives slices= two olives.
I cant wait until a good pizza spot opens in Brookfield to substitute this place.

Caprese tomatoes are fantastic but needs balsamic vinegar. It would be perfect then. I wish I had some right now.
Pizza was on point.
