The Longhorn roll was great, my gf enjoyed the Cherry Blossom Roll as well. Portion size was good, the flavors were great, and I will order again.

The Spicy Pork Bulgogi was stellar. As expected, the sushi was fresh (it was a Friday night, pretty standard to stock up for the rush), but the Rainbow roll really impressed. Cucumber Salad was pretty impressive, too, I must say; it's so simple, but you can tell when it's outstanding in either direction, and this one was done very well, lots of nuance and the right balance of vinegar and sweetener. I was thrilled to get both the Korean food I craved and the sushi I enjoy as a bonus.

The tuna tataki was, unfortunately, rubbery and the chicken yakitori was actually dark meat instead of white meat chicken. That's the first time I've seen that. Some of the rolls were OK but overall, we were disappointed. It had been a long time since we tried this restaurant again.

The quality was not what it use to be. The portions are smaller, all the rolls fell apart, the food was not fresh. Didn't eat the crab or shrimp. Would not order again

I don't like to speak in hyperbole, but coming to SATX from LA I was setting a lower bar for sushi; this was good but God awful value. I can't encapsulate how this was double the price if not triple for an inferior product. The price I paid for the quantity I ordered was more consistent with Omekase in private...in Malibu...so this was absurd. Would have been okay with more quantity but this was shockingly small. Cannot recommend to anyone going forward
