overall this was good. Slightly different take on some dim sum items. The Shrimp ROLL w/ Garlic was awesome with nice large pieces of shrimp. The Pork & Shrimp Shui Mai had pieces that were a little too large for shui mai. the St B.B.Q Pork Bun were really good too with a tender bun and nice amount of filling. the Deep Fried Sesame Ball were a great sweet treat.

This place needs rewards program. I am ordering almost every week Pork & Shrimp Shui MaiShrim Dumplingpis hot and filled with stuffs House Special Honeycomb Tripe is so fresh! Huge portions this is my favorite dim sum spot

OMG!!! SO GOOD!! Can we talk about the bags the food comes in?They are insulated. Food was still hot and it took about 30 minutes to get to me. The portions are fantastic! And for theprice you can't beat it. Everthing was so flavorful and fresh. The shrimp size in the dumplings are absolutely perfect!I always wanted to try the Shrimp Rice Roll and it did not disappoint. I can't wait to order here again. I can see ordering Chive Shrimp Dumpling, Shrimp Dumpling,and the Shrimp Rice Roll or a combination of 2 of them for a nice lunch that's reasonable priced.

The Chicken Shui Mai was perfect. The filling was generous and flavorful, and was the perfect ratio to the dumpling. Will order again.
The Pan F Chives & Shrimp Dumpling filling was rich and wonderful and very generous for the portions. The fry on the dumplings left a slightly bitter taste that wasn't wrong, but wasn't my preference. I probably won't get this again, but only because there are so many great things on the menu.
Sticky Rice in Lotus Wrap and Pan Fried Radish Cake are absolute staples for me. I get them nearly every time I order here. I crave them when I don't have them. I'm sad when I finish them. I cannot recommend them enough.

It took almost about an hour for them to make food and passed it to dasher. I guess this is morning ready place. Pork & Shrimp Shui Mai and Shrimp Dumpling was great as usual. Portion is same as last time but took 3 times amount of time. My day off breakfast turned into a lunch it was hot and well packaged. I'm going to use them after 12 definitely.
